Set high in the Coatesville hills, the landscape was designed around one priority: the view.

A glass-edged lap pool runs parallel to the outlook, its surface merging with the rural landscape beyond. Floating pavers connect pool to terrace, with low planting beds — bromeliads, structured low shrubs, seasonal colour — kept below sightline to maintain the panorama. Open lawn anchors the space, keeping the rural views uninterrupted and the atmosphere unhurried.
